My engine broke down in my jeep, & I received their number from my insurance agency. (Long story short, thought I had tow coverage, I did not) GEE helped me out when I called. Awesome customer service when I was in a slight panic, explained everything up front, very clear & calm! Also worked with me on pricing.. which was super helpful, especially when a car breaks down unexpectedly! My husband was with the jeep and only spoke Spanish, so they also had a very nice driver, I believe his name was Erick(??) who spoke Spanish (per my request, also very cool of them!) - Overall experience under the circumstances we were in 10 out of 10!
